Test Services

TMS Test Services provides engineers with a cost-effective solution for semiconductor validation and training in our facility in Phoenix Arizona.  Our mission is to provide a local lab for engineers to model their own parts, expose themselves to the ecosystem of wafer validation, get technical and hands on training covering DC and RF/Microwave fundamentals, or have their parts validated by our senior test engineers.  We can test silicon over bias, over temperature and over frequency.
